Long Time Tri-Cities Resident - I have lived in the Kennewick-Pasco-Richland area for many years and raised my 3 children here. Located in the great Columbia Basin the Tri-Cities offers close to 300 days of sunshine each year with less than 7 inches of rainfall, yet we are surrounded by rivers and lakes; life just cannot get much better than this!

Professional Experience - After managing and owning several businesses related to housing, my real estate career began in January of 1979. It has been my pleasure to help over 1100 customers and clients buy or sell their home. To be the most professional, my continuing education has included over 400 hours of classes and includes receiving designations of Graduate Realtors Institute, Certified Residential Specialist and Associate Broker.

Community Involvement - Everytime I sell a home, a portion of my commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless families throughout the Northwest. I am also committed to Windermere's Community Service Day which is a day we set aside to offer hands on help to various local projects.
